Fire Extinguishers supplied, fitted and serviced to current Irish standards

We provide customers with a full and detailed list of extinguishers on your premises, with all brackets and extinguishers numbered and a detailed report on maintenance.

This provides our clients with clear instructions for the upkeep and maintenance of  extinguishers.

On-site training for all clients

We offer on-site training for all clients in the correct procedures and use of fire extinguishers, as well as general fire awareness/risk assessment.

Part of the course involves the correct use of different types of fire extinguishers on different types/classes of fires.

Annual service reminders

We log all service calls to create a list of due dates for customers’ equipment. IS291 2002 standards require that all fire equipment be serviced annually (and in some cases more frequently).
Glennon Fire & Security will contact you by the due date every year, therefore minimising the possibility of a service lapsing.

Supply of fire-fighting equipment

We supply a vast range of equipment, including hose reels, standpipes, key and bar, lay flat hose (45mm and 65mm), trolley extinguishers, automatic extinguishers, extinguisher covers and cabinets, and signage.

Also dry riser hardware, escape ladders and more. If you require a particular item not listed, please contact us to request an order.

Filling and testing of extinguishers

Extinguishers are filled and tested by experienced and qualified staff in Ennis, Co. Clare, therefore enabling a quick turnaround on refills and complete quality control of the entire process.

Fire register book

We provide a fire register book to all clients to encourage a proactive approach to the recording of your on-site record-keeping.

We ensure that the customer is aware of requirements in terms of record-keeping.
